Cindy has been attending BOHO classes for years and has always wanted to inspire others the way BOHO instructors inspired her. She believes that fitness should be challenging and impactful, but ultimately FUN! In her classes, expect lots of powerful movements that will fatigue your muscles (and have you feeling sore... we mean STRONGER the next day!) Cindy strives to motivate and wants you to walk away from class surprised by what your body can do.
If you could only eat one thing for the rest of your life, what would it be and why?
If it was possible to only survive off of coffee, then that would be my answer! I can’t start my day until I’ve a cup of coffee in the morning.
