Kalene got into fitness after college finding a local barre studio in Charlottesville. She started to feel stronger physically and mentally, with workouts becoming her favorite kind of self-care.
"I was so inspired by the instructors leading my classes; I decided I wanted to be that inspiration for others one day." Kalene took the leap and started instructing barre, coaching running classes, and teaching cycle classes (her true love!).
Kalene's fitness motto: Find joy in the process – it's kind of her life motto too, but it has primarily guided her through her fitness journey.
