I am a motivator that will push you beyond where your mind and body think you are capable of!
Having a strong connection with each client is very important in understanding where those limits are, to help them feel successful! I want each of them to feel valued and educated when they leave each class!
As a former Division I athlete, player and strength coach, I understand and respect the adversity of all fitness levels. My main passion is to impact clients both mentally and physically. Seeing someone mentally believe in their physical ability and strength is my number one goal. The results of that will speak for itself!
