In her mid-twenties Kisha was seeking a holistic way to love and support her body instead of a way to lose weight or fix something she felt was broken. As Kisha tried different types of yoga, learned the philosophy of yoga and became friends with her body, her experience with fitness transformed. It went from something she does TO her body into something she does FOR her body and spirit.
