She loves rocking a mic and she loves making you work for it! Kristen S lives for the intensity of that final push right before the end of class. She loves guiding class participants through a workout to discover new strengths and abilities. Her motto? You’re stronger than you give yourself credit for. Take her class and leave feeling proud of your accomplishments! 

 

What’s your favorite exercise? 

I danced for lots of years growing up, so anything cardio-based that I can do to the beat of the music gets me going. Plyometric step ups are definitely one of my favorites!
