Lany was inspired to begin the practice of Ashtanga Yoga in 2004 after the birth of her second child as a way to strengthen her body. As she continued to practice, the mental and spiritual benefits became apparent, and she wanted to share this gift with others. In her classes, you can expect to receive solid attention on alignment and the roots of the postures while receiving inspiration to feel your body and breath, try new movements, and find new strengths.
