WHAT ARE QUAD STUDIO CLASSES?
WE'RE SO HAPPY YOU ASKED.
Each Quad class offers four fitness circuits 2 cardio, 2 strength. It’s your workout. You pick where to start. You decide how intense to make it. You can adjust the bike and climbing machine, and pick the weights that you want.
Our instructors are trained to help you achieve your unique goals, no matter your ability or experience. They will push you, but never break you.

Quad programming runs on a 14-day cycle;
offering consistency and progression to push your conditioning.
Upper Body Chest + Shoulders
Lower Body Glutes + Hammies
Total Body BUILD, Upper Body Back + Arms
Lower Body Quads + Calves
Total Body ENDURANCE
Our Feature Classes Include:
Total Body Build: Heavier weights, less reps. Build muscle.
Total Body Endurance: Lighter weights, higher reps. Muscle endurance and conditioning.
The 2x2 Class: Double-up your circuits. Opt for Climb + Bike then move to Lift + Body. Or hit weights first at Lift + Body then move to Climb + Bike. The ultimate conditioning class.
Drop It: Start with assigned reps at Lift + Body and 'drop' one rep each round. How low can you go?
Tornado: Complete each circuit in only 5 minutes and do it twice! Four different exercises, all four cardio zones - just faster!
Yoga + Stretch: Rest and recovery are key to maximizing your Quad experience.
