Sara became a fitness instructor to bring people together and encourage them to live a healthy lifestyle. Seeing people smile after a tough workout gives her tons of joy! She’s a certified personal training through NASM and she loves incorporating functional exercises into her workouts. You’ll leave Sara’s classes feeling strong!

Fitness in Richmond has become a new lifestyle with every and all types of exercise. I enjoy being able to get my sweat on in a killer HIIT or cycle class one day and then go to a calming Yoga studio the next!
