At BOHO, our members come from a wide range of athletic levels and interests and luckily, we have instructors to meet them all! Every class offers variations to meet you where you’re at while still challenging you in a healthy way. Clients can adapt the intensity of each class by adjusting the resistance on the bikes and choosing weights suitable for them. Our instructors are there to push you, not break you. 

FOR OUR CYCLE CLASSES, WE CURRENTLY OFFER:

Cycle


This is our 50-minute, signature indoor cycle class. Don’t be fooled by the name: this is a full body workout!




HIIT + Hills


For you powerhouses (and houses looking to be remodeled), this is the class for you. This class has timed intervals and recovery to maximize your strength, power, and ability.




Hip-Hop


One of our most popular classes are our hip-hop classes, featuring rides to the toughest bops we have to offer. We’ll get after it, but your ears have been warned, these lyrics aren’t shy!




Bike + Body


This is the class you know you want. Offering 25 minutes of high-cardio cycling paired with 25 mins of our Body (HIIT) class, you’ll need sneakers and a mat for this one.




Advanced Choreo


Wanna challenge your heart rate, legs, and coordination? This is the one for you.




Endurance


If 50 minutes isn’t enough for you to sweat it out, then maybe our 75-minute cycle class will do the trick!
