TrueMed HSA Reimbursement

Do you have a Health Savings Account (HSA)?

You can submit your BOHO receipts for reimbursement.

How To:

1. Complete this form from TrueMed to see if you are eligible.

2. Receive a Letter of Medical Need (LMN) from TrueMed.

3. Submit LMN and BOHO receipts to your insurance HSA for reimbursement.

 

Cost: $30 per calendar year for the LMN from TrueMed

Applicable on purchases for group classes (drop-ins and memberships!) and personal training.

This is available for all BOHO clients and not exclusive to our membership program.
