At BOHO, we pride ourselves on fair and accessible policies.
We understand that life happens and may throw a wrench in our fitness plans.
Hopefully this toolkit on our policies will make working with that wrench easier.
All classes and retail sales are final with no refunds.
No extensions on package expiration dates.
Classes, packages, or accounts are not interchangeable between clients.
4-Class Month-to-Month Package:
This package auto-renews until canceled.
Pause Package for a minimum of 7 days and maximum up to 4 weeks. Email info@bohostudios.com, with start and end dates.
Cancel anytime after the initial 30 days with a 30-day notice before the next charge.
Email the request to cancel to info@bohostudios.com.
Monthly Unlimited:
This package auto-renews until canceled.

Yearly Pay in Full:
This package offers 13 months for the price of 12 months and does not automatically renew after the 13-month commitment.
This package is paid in full upon purchase and cannot be canceled. All sales are final.

Clients that take a class as “unpaid” will automatically be charged a single class drop-in rate. This class can also be applied to a class package if preferred upon arrival. BOHO holds the right to suspend account access for any account balances due past 15 days. These balances may accrue from: unpaid service agreements or contracts. Late-cancel or no-show charges. Cycle shoe or yoga mat rentals.
If you do not early cancel (before the 6 hours) and/or do not show up for class:
Drop-In, 5, 10, 4-pack plans: $10 fee and loss of class.
Monthly Unlimited and VIP Yearly Memberships: $15 fee.
Classes can be canceled up to 6-hours before the class start time with no penalty.
All special events, including live DJ rides, sampling events, cardio parties, fundraisers, etc., are subject to an alternate cancellation policy. Please refer to the class description or pricing option for alternate details.
Our studios open 15–30 minutes prior to the start of class time.
They offer one or two bathrooms for changing before or after class.
Lockers are available for your items. You are responsible for your personal items. You may bring a lock for your items if you prefer.
BOHO staffs every class with 1-2 team members.
Our studios sell bottled water, hydration packs, mini snack bars, socks, and other miscellaneous items.
Our classes start on time. Clients will not be allowed into the class once the doors have closed and the class has begun.
All class cancellations due to snow/inclement weather will be announced via social media and through our Walla client notification system. Class cancellations for classes occurring between 5:00am-7:00am will be announced by 9:00pm the night prior, with all other class start times being decided throughout the day. If there is no announcement, then classes are on as scheduled.
Clients must be 16 years or older to ride. All riders under 18 years of age much have a parent or guardian sign BOHO’s waiver. Contact us at info@bohostudios.com with questions or to sign up a rider.
BOHO does not provide childcare and children are not allowed to sit and wait while clients are taking classes.
