All classes, personal training sessions, and retail item sales are final with no refunds.
All memberships are auto-renew unless noted otherwise. See our PRICING tab for specifics.
Class packages do not auto-renew.
Specialty sales and promotions may have alternate specifics; please review these prior to purchase.
No extensions are available on package expiration dates.
Memberships and packages are not interchangeable between clients.
All auto-renew memberships can be cancelled any time prior to your next charge. Retroactive refunds are not available.
Cancel via your Walla account in the app or on our website. We do not accept verbal cancellations at the desk. Email us at info@bohostudios.com with questions.
Membership Pause for Four and Six Packages: Minimum of 7 days, maximum of 4 weeks. Available one time only.
Membership Pause for Monthly and Yearly Memberships: Minimum of 7 days, maximum of 8 weeks. Available one time only.
Pausing may adjust your next auto charge. Please email info@bohostudios.com to confirm your pause and next payment.
All clients must be 18 years or older to take classes at BOHO. If you are under 18 years old, your class must be coordinated with a parent/guardian, include a signed waiver, and the parent/guardian must attend classes with you. Email us at info@bohostudios.com with questions.
