Our Fit Studio classes are circuit-based. The formats we offer:
LIFT
Weight Training. Medium Intensity.
Focus on building muscle and boosting bone density to elevate your power and performance. This weight training strengthens both your core and limbs, and you’ll feel the benefits across our other classes, whether you’re in Cycle, Pilates + Weights, or Yoga. Ideal for anyone looking to feel stronger and more resilient.

TONE
Mobility, Weight Training, and Cardio. High Intensity.
A high-energy class combining everything- mobility, strength training, and cardiovascular conditioning to help improve your overall range of motion and endurance. TONE challenges your muscles while strengthening your heart, making it a great complement to your running, cycling, or weightlifting routines.

PILATES + WEIGHTS
Low Impact, Light Weights, Balance. Low Intensity.
Strengthen your stabilizer muscles and enhance your mind-muscle connection with this low-impact class emphasizing light weights and balance. It’s designed to help strengthen and protect your joints and develop core strength. Giving you a solid foundation to boost your performance in LIFT, TONE, Yoga, and BUILD classes.

BUILD
Cardio or Weight Progression Training. Medium - High Intensity.
A dynamic mix of cardio and progressive strength exercises designed to push your endurance and strength to the next level. BUILD will help you improve stamina and muscle tone, giving you the energy and power needed for day-to-day activities and advanced fitness goals.

POWER PILATES AND CORE:
Low Impact, Bodyweight, Balance, Core. Low Intensity.
Develop essential functional strength with this bodyweight-focused class, targeting core stability and balance. This workout engages your core and stabilizer muscles, making it perfect for protecting your joints. It also builds foundational strength that you’ll feel in ALL our other class formats.
RIDE + LIFT
Cardio + Weight Training. Medium - High Intensity.
This high-energy 4-circuit class combines cycling with weight training for a comprehensive workout. The blend of cardio and strength intervals keeps you moving and builds endurance, making it a great choice for those who want to amp up their cardio without sacrificing strength training. Helps you feel stronger in Cycle, Lift, and Build.
YOGA
Strength + Flow and Yin Yoga. Low Intensity.
A blend of strength-building and deep, mindful stretches. With flow-based sequences and gentle Yin poses, our Yoga class is crafted to enhance flexibility, promote mental calmness, and build the body awareness you need for every movement-based class on our schedule.

Personal Training
One-on-One Personal Training.
