FIT CLASSES
Our Fit Studio classes are circuit-based. The formats we offer:
LIFT: Weight Training. Medium intensity.
TONE: Mobility, weight training, and cardio. High intensity. The ultimate conditioning class. Gives you a little bit of everything- will help you with Pilates + Weights, Cycle, Lift + running!
PILATES + WEIGHTS: Low impact, light weights, and balance. Low intensity. Helps build strength around your joints. Will help you in Lift, Cycle, and running!
BUILD: Cardio or weight progression training. Medium-high intensity.
POWER PILATES + CORE: Low impact, bodyweight, balance, and core. Low intensity.
RIDE+LIFT: Cardio and weight training. Medium-high intensity.
YOGA: Strength + Flow and Yin Yoga. Low intensity.
Personal Training: One-on-One Personal Training.
