FIT CLASSES

Our Fit Studio classes are circuit-based. The formats we offer:

 

LIFT: Weight Training. Medium intensity.

TONE: Mobility, Weight Training, and Cardio. High intensity.

PILATES + WEIGHTS: Low Impact, Light Weights, Balance. Low intensity.

BUILD: Cardio or Weight Progression Training. Medium - high intensity.

STRENGTH, STABILITY, + CORE: Low Impact, Bodyweight, Balance, Core. Low intensity.

YOGA: Strength + Flow and Yin Yoga. Low intensity.

Personal Training: One-on-One Personal Training.

There is no parking lot available. 

Open 7 days a week. Studio is open 30 minutes before & after scheduled class times.
