Mobility: Work From Home
Saturday, February 17th
10:00am-10:45am
Led by JP Redmond

This interactive workshop will cover stretches, mobility work, and movement flows to do off the clock. You learn 5 specific exercises and their benefits to assist in issues that stem from long days of sitting, hunched over a computer, and little outdoor time.

We will provide video demos emailed to you post workshop.

JP Redmond is an FRC Certified Mobility Specialist, Certified Personal Trainer, and Group Fitness Instructor at BOHO Fit Studio.

​

Bring a yoga mat. This will not be a full workout, rather demo and practice of movements to do on your time.

​

Injury Prevention for Runners
Saturday, March 2nd

Led by Morgan Bartlett

This interactive workshop will dive into the anatomy of running, the kinetics of running, and which muscles often get overlooked while training for races. Morgan will teach exercises specific to increase running strength as well as pre and post run stretches to keep you running.

Morgan Bartlett is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Orthopedic Certified Specialist,  a 3x Marathon and 4x Half Marathon Finisher, and BOHO Cycle Studio instructor.

​

Bring a yoga mat. This will not be a full workout, rather demo and practice of movements to do on your time.

Fact or Faux: The Fitness Edition

Led by Julia Bagley

This workshop will dive into TikTok and Instagram fitness videos and influencer claims about workouts and exercises. Join Julia as she breaks down which are actually true (FACT) and which lean towards not true (FAUX). Julia will provide a space to ask specific questions, talk out form with certain exercises, and a better understanding of what works for you and your workouts.


Julia Bagley is a Certified Personal Trainer and a Corrective Exercise Specialist.

Thursday, March 28th

This workshop will dive into today's hottest nutrition trends and claims about nutrition related to fitness. Join Julia and Nicole as they talk out which are actually true (FACT) and which lean towards not true (FAUX). This workshop will include a sample week of meals and what your pre and post workout nutrition encompasses.
