BOHO Quad is part of the BOHO Studios fitness family. All session packages run through BOHO Studios.
Packages are usage-based and available in 4, 8, or 12-session options.
Personal training sessions must be booked under an active package.
All sales are final. Packages cannot be shared.
If you’re unable to finish a package, we can provide BOHO account credit for use at any BOHO Studios location. Account credit does not expire.
Please contact your trainer directly to adjust or cancel a session.
Cancellations made less than 6 hours in advance may result in the session being forfeited.
Session forfeiture is always at your trainer’s discretion.
Please let us know if you have a trainer preference. We will pair you with the trainer who best suits your needs and fitness goals, your preferred training days and times, and our trainer availability.
• You have your biggest fan making your workout plans! Your trainer is on your team and is there to help you reach your goals.
• You will receive customized workouts, a mix of weight-based and bodyweight movements, cardio, agility, mobility, and more!
• This is your session. We want you to work, yet we know sometimes life is overwhelming, and simply moving a bit more is exactly what’s needed.
• Talk with your trainer! Tell them how you are feeling physically and mentally. They can adjust workouts to be what you need for that day.
• Hydrate! We are fans of water.
• Eat. Fuel your workout with proper nutrition.
• Talk with your trainer! Your trainers want to know how you are feeling and adjust your workout if needed.
• Try new things! We promise you can do it.
